A Twitch widget where you set certain words to trigger the flag, when a chatter types the trigger word they get a little animation of a flag with the associated image on the top.  Has a nice little smoke animation and says the user who triggered it.

It's quick and fun for chatters.  Can be turned off and on with commands.  Has a cooldown.  You can customize the size and the timing of the animation. Many customizations.
